Mr.  André  Boulerice             

Former Québec immigration minister Mr. André Boulerice held the prestigious position of Quebec Immigration Minister between January 30, 2002 and April 29, 2003 under the governance of the Party Quebecois.  Mr. Boulerice was elected member of the Quebec National Assembly for Montreal in 1985, position he held until his retirement from active political life in 2005.
