Mr. André
Boulerice held the prestigious position of Quebec Immigration Minister between
January 30, 2002 and April 29, 2003 under the governance of the Parti Quebecois.
He graduated in Special Education at the College du Vieux-Montréal in 1972,
after which he pursued further education in administration at the Université du
Québec à Montréal. Mr. Boulerice was elected member of the Quebec National
Assembly for the downtown electoral district of Sainte-Marie-Saint-Jacques
(Montreal) in 1985, position he held until his retirement from active political
life in 2005.

Mathieu Simard |
Mathieu Simard obtained a Bachelor of Law Degree from Sherbrooke University in 2000. He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2002 and since then, he has been working for Harvey & Associates as an Immigration Attorney. Over the years, Mr. Simard traveled frequently to the Middle East, Asia and South-America. Throughout his experience in Hong Kong and China, Mr. Simard developed an expertise mainly in the business class category (investors, entrepreneurs, self-employed) and the skilled workers program.

Maurice A. Jacques |
Before his law degree, he pursued a bachelor's degree in political history and a master's degree in international relations at the University of Montreal, where he submitted a memoir in 1995 (Defense and Security in Franco-German Relations since 1982).
Member of the Quebec Bar since year 2000, he then started in the legal profession as a lawyer in civil and matrimonial law. He then went on, since 2002, to teach Law at the University of Montreal and the University of Ottawa while practicing Law at the same time. It's finally in year 2006 that he rejoined our firm, for which he works now primarily throughout Asia.

Mrs. Chan has many years experience in the Canadian immigration field and she is now the work coordinator for Asia to the great benefit of the firm. She joins the firm in 2002 and process cases and pre-analyses them and she is also involved in the day to day coordination of our Hong Kong office. Her main responsibilities are to assure that all files and work are done within the time frame defined by the firm's policy.

Vivian Chiu |
Mrs Chiu was born in Taiwan and has a diploma in business administration from LaSalle College in Montreal. She has over 5 years experience in the Canadian immigration field and is now the business coordinator for Asia to the great benefit of the firm. She join the firm in 1999 and while concentrating her effort in Taiwan and China, she is also involved in the day to day coordination of our Hong Kong office. Her main responsibility is to assure that all services to agents in Asia are rendered in respect of our firm's policy.

Marc-André Ranger |
Mr. Marc-André Ranger completed an Attestation of Collegial Studies in Paralegal Technology at O'Sullivan College of Montreal in 2000. He later completed a minor in Labour Studies at the Université du Québec. Mr. Ranger has worked for the Department of Justice Canada before undertaking a career in the Canadian immigration industry. He has worked for over seven years as a Paralegal, working on numerous skilled worker, business class and sponsorship cases. He is a member in good standing of the Canadian Paralegal Association since 2004. Throughout his career, Mr. Ranger had the opportunity to travel extensively to Asia, Europe, and America. He is the President of RSTP Internet Immigration, a company in charge of immigration Internet development working in close business collaboration with the law firm of Harvey & Associates since early 2003.

He is fluent in French and Spanish and conversant in German. He is a student of Persian language and culture. Mr. Ladd has traveled professionally to Europe, Latin America, Canada, and Africa, and anticipates overseas travel in 2009.
Mr. Ladd is a member of the South Carolina bar (since 1991) and the Georgia bar (since 1987), the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild. Previously, he was admitted to practice in New York (1979) and Texas (1981), through competitive examinations. He is currently admitted to practice before U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fourth Circuit, sitting in Richmond, Virginia, and the Eleventh Circuit, in Atlanta.
Mr. Ladd maintains an office in Greenville, South Carolina, located 250 km from Atlanta. Prior to relocating to South Carolina, Mr. Ladd practiced in Houston and Atlanta.
